Items are shipped from Canada, and will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise advised. Surface mail to the U.S. has been discontinued and all options are airmail. Any shipping rates shown are regular airmail. Tracked packet and expedited parcel are also available and are insured options - please inquire. Surface mail and airmail are both still available for international shipping. Any rates shown are for surface mail, which can vary from 3 to 14 weeks delivery. If so no shipping rate is posted, please inquire prior to making your purchase.

NOTE: As of 2013, surface mail shipping (from Canada) has been discontinued. Shipping cost quoted in listings is for airmail service. Standard airmail will usually take from 7 to 30 days. On occasion, parcels can be delayed at US Customs, especially during holiday times. If you require tracking and/or insurance for your parcel, Tracked Packet and Expedited Parcel are available. Please contact us for rates on these options. Heavier items will be shipped by expedited parcel (approx. 5-10 business days delivery), and rates are calculated by your location. Shipping cost shown is an average and will generally apply to Western Canada. Your actual cost may vary, depending on your postal code. HST will be added for parcels mailed to the Maritimes and Ontario. Canada Post charges a high initial rate for mailing small parcels within Canada, but this cost doesn't increase a great deal with size & weight. Combined shipping on multiple items will provide a considerable saving. All parcel options come with shipping insurance. Some books (less than 500 grams & less than 20mm thick) can be mailed oversize lettermail, which is considerably less expensive than parcel post. This is an uninsured option. I will let you know if this option is available for your purchase.

Books rated good or better may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in the original condition. Shipping costs will be at your own expense unless we have made an error, or an item is significantly different than described. DVD's, VHS tapes and CD's are non-returnable unless they are defective.
